💼 About This Role

You'll join Riot's Compliance team to strengthen global privacy and compliance programs, focusing on data protection and EMEA regulations. Your core impact will be operationalizing privacy-by-design across products while ensuring robust, scalable compliance frameworks. This role blends compliance expertise with project management to shape Riot's global operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement compliance solutions for GDPR and EMEA requirements
• Lead and operationalize privacy risk assessments (DPIAs, LIAs)
• Establish and maintain risk assessment and compliance monitoring programs
• Plan, organize, and execute compliance-related internal audits and assessments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in compliance, audit, privacy, or information security
• Experience coordinating cross-project activities in the Compliance field
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
