π― What You'll Do
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and app push
- Evaluate and implement CRM and ESP platform stack
- Partner with Performance Marketing on audience strategy and suppression logic
- Translate CRM data into clienteling tactics for retail team
- Build retention analytics reporting tied to repeat rate, LTV, and lapsed rate
π Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM or retention marketing experience in DTC/fashion
- Proven track record building and optimizing email and SMS programs
- Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to marketing
- Strong analytical skills turning customer data into actionable strategies
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, ESP, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools
