You'll join a greenfield Digital Customer Success function, leveraging data and automation to drive adoption and retention for a portfolio of ~100 enterprise accounts across Americas and EMEA. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using Planhat to monitor health and mitigate churn. This role offers a chance to shape scalable customer engagement at a high-growth tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Monitor account health and renewal risk via Planhat dashboards.
- Execute virtual check-ins and adoption reviews for your portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Identify upsell signals and pass leads to Account Managers.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role.
- Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written/verbal English communication skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with a Customer Success platform (Planhat, Gainsight, etc.).
- Additional languages such as French, German or Italian.
- Understanding of mobile/web app development and SDK integration.
