Requirements

• Relevant experience or educational background in visual, interaction, or graphic design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and thoughtful interaction design
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle
• Systems-oriented thinker comfortable with complexity
• Self-guided with ability to take initiative and manage own work

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects spanning data, experience, interaction, digital product, and service design across industries
• Translate human-centered insights into interaction models, visual systems, and polished digital interfaces
• Create prototypes to explore ideas, test assumptions, and communicate concepts to stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers from research, business, industrial, and communication design backgrounds
• Design across mediums including mobile apps, AI experiences, websites, AR/VR, and voice interfaces
