You will provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, support sales and patient retention, handle inquiries and issues, assist with scheduling and intake forms, and collaborate with other departments to improve the patient experience.

Requirements

• Industry experience in customer support, service, and success is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism with high emphasis on patient privacy
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve patient issues in a timely manner
• Assist patients with account setup, login issues, and billing questions
• Schedule patient appointments and guide with medical intake forms
• Engage in new patient calls and milestone retention calls
