You'll drive assay development and pre-clinical studies that support product claims and regulatory readiness. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of discovery scientists.
• Oversee discovery research for new product concepts.
• Develop and validate in-vitro assays for product characterization.
• Guide early safety and toxicology studies for regulatory submissions.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience in biotech, pharma, or supplements.
• 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Proven track record in early-stage discovery and pre-clinical research.
