🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage work orders and production scheduling.
• Perform precision wiring, assembly, and high-voltage testing.
• Conduct quality control inspections and root cause analysis.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years in a comparable manufacturing role with high-quality products.
• Electrical manufacturing knowledge and material familiarity with metal, glass, porcelain, and leather.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications.
