You'll own the entire growth loop from acquisition to retention at a health startup helping parents detect nutrient deficiencies in their teens. Your work will directly turn parents' health concerns into actionable outcomes by building systems that scale, using AI agents to accelerate every experiment and insight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build acquisition pages, flows, and referral mechanics
• Optimize activation funnel from signup to first blood draw
• Create post-results experience to drive retention and referrals
• Instrument analytics and run A/B experiments with PostHog

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years growth engineering experience with measurable impact
• Proven record of building with AI coding agents daily
• Public body of work: GitHub, blog, or shipped products
• Comfortable owning end-to-end processes without a spec
