💼 About This Role

You'll manage general ledger accounting for multiple entities in a global tech company. You'll ensure accurate, audit-ready financials under IFRS and local GAAP while collaborating across teams. This role offers exposure to international processes in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Post journal entries and prepare account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycles.
• Prepare tax filings and support statutory audits.
• Own balance sheet areas like prepaids, accruals, and fixed assets.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in General Accounting with strong IFRS expertise
• Advanced degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Experience across both accounting firm and in-house corporate environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Tech / SaaS
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA a plus)
• Experience with Workday Financials or modern ERP
