You'll own the AI-powered tooling and agent infrastructure that makes every person at Baseten more productive. You'll build and integrate AI agents to accelerate how we write code, review PRs, debug incidents, and ship faster. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape AI adoption across a top-tier engineering org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end internal AI stack
• Build custom AI agents for engineering workflows
• Evaluate and roll out third-party AI developer tools
• Instrument AI tool usage and measure impact

📋 Requirements

• Experience with LLM-powered workflows and agents
• Proficiency in software engineering and tooling
• Ability to evaluate and integrate AI coding assistants
