Description

You will own the reliability of our global ground station fleet, deploying, troubleshooting, and repairing Starshield ground hardware. You'll travel domestically and internationally to resolve hardware issues and improve training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and repair Starshield ground hardware
• Travel domestically and internationally to resolve hardware issues
• Diagnose and repair fiber optic circuits and antenna hardware
• Resolve issues with onsite commercial network and routing hardware
• Create and improve training documentation
