Description

You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. You'll draft legal documents, conduct research, attend hearings, and collaborate with support staff to manage cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Admission to state bar and in good standing
• 2-7 years of family law litigation experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division

• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
