As an Accounting Specialist, you will train advanced AI models by evaluating their performance on accounting scenarios, verifying factual accuracy, capturing error traces, and suggesting improvements. Your expertise in financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and cost accounting will directly shape the next generation of AI-driven financial tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in accounting, finance, or closely related field
• CPA licensure preferred
• Experience with financial audits, tax preparation, or ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills – ability to 'show your work'

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on GAAP/IFRS standards, ledger reconciliation, internal controls, cash flow forecasting, tax code interpretation, and budgeting strategies
• Document model failure modes to harden reasoning
• Converse with the model on real-world accounting scenarios and theoretical financial questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
