💼 About This Role

You'll work across the stack to design and build core financial workflows for an AI-native back-office platform. Your work will enable small businesses to close books in hours instead of weeks. This role offers direct impact and ownership, reporting to the CTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and ship full-stack features end-to-end
• Build complex, data-dense interfaces for financial workflows
• Architect backend services and APIs for sensitive financial data
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar through feedback

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping production software
• 3+ years in React, TypeScript, Node, or Python
• Experience with AI-augmented engineering (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Track record of shipping at startup pace

✨ Nice to Have

• Backend depth in Postgres, async workers, agent orchestration
• Prior FinTech or accounting product experience
• Familiarity with financial APIs (Stripe, Plaid, QBO)
