💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end development and execution of mission-critical satellite systems programs at a company operating the first commercial optical data relay constellation. You'll drive strategic initiatives expanding global partnerships and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative space solutions. This role combines business acumen with technical expertise across aerospace engineering disciplines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end program scope, schedule, cost, and risk
• Serve as primary interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate key programmatic and technical reviews
• Develop and maintain program plans, metrics, and status reports

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in aerospace or electronic systems development
• 7+ years in a program management role
• Bachelor's or master's in engineering or related technical discipline
• Proven experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) and earned value management (EVM)

• Previous technical leadership experience
• Experience with systems engineering processes and optical systems
• Experience with space agencies (CSA, ESA, NASA, JAXA)
