As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will develop and close new business within the multifamily vertical, building relationships with C-suite executives and driving facility management growth. You'll lead complex deal management, generate pipeline, and exceed quarterly sales goals while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years business development experience, 5+ years complex sales to executives
  • 5+ years sales experience in multifamily residential industry
  • Strong negotiation skills including contract and financial terms
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to secure new logo customers
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and C-suite executives
  • Drive pipeline generation and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Deliver consultative customer experience and manage complex deals end-to-end
  • Maintain disciplined data hygiene in Salesforce and contribute to industry community
