Description

You will ensure efficient handling of Borrower Request Consent matters, including timely processing, underwriting, and due diligence for commercial real estate transactions. Your role involves providing written recommendations to management, managing pipeline, and improving processing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of underwriting/financial analysis experience, preferably commercial real estate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely turnaround of Borrower consent matters
• Provide management with written recommendations on borrower requests
• Review and interpret loan documentation and servicing agreements
• Perform analysis for transactions like leasing, maturity extensions, partial releases
• Document transactions in Servicing system and document retention system
