You'll coordinate the Material Review Board process to ensure timely handling of non-conforming materials. You'll work cross-functionally to drive resolution and maintain inventory accuracy. This role is key to quality compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate MRB processes and track non-conforming materials.
• Create and maintain non-conforming material records (MRRs).
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Generate and analyze MRB reports and monitor process metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• MRB experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

✨ Nice to Have

• Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system.
