Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with 2-4 years in people management.
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership through complex problem-solving and product launches.
• Business acumen to communicate with PMs and engineers on design and technical trade-offs.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
