💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and operate security controls across infrastructure and applications at Redgate. You'll work hands-on to protect people, products, and customers while collaborating with engineers and business teams. You'll tackle modern security challenges like AI governance, shadow IT, and secure-by-design engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate security controls across infrastructure and applications
• Investigate security issues hands-on, sometimes outside office hours
• Work with engineers and business teams to enable secure delivery
• Collaborate with commercial teams to give customers confidence in secure deployment

📋 Requirements

• Hands‑on security engineering or security operations experience
• Strong IAM knowledge at protocol level (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform) and automation
• Vulnerability management experience judging real-world risks beyond CVSS

✨ Nice to Have

• Vendor security review and third‑party risk assessment experience
• Incident response experience including investigation and root cause analysis
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and KQL
