You will manage and optimize transportation and parcel strategies, focusing on last-mile delivery and omnichannel inventory support. Analyze carrier performance, cost efficiency, and service reliability while collaborating cross-functionally to align logistics with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 5-7+ years in global logistics with 2-3 years in leadership
• Proven experience with parcel pricing structures, KPIs, and carrier services
• Strong analytical skills with Tableau or similar analytics tools
• Deep understanding of omnichannel operations and B2B/B2C/DTC distribution

Responsibilities

• Manage last-mile small parcel delivery and freight strategies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, FTL/LTL)
• Analyze parcel performance including transit times, zone optimization, and surcharges
• Assist with carrier contract management, audits, and invoice validation
• Monitor freight movement and resolve service failures and delivery escalations
• Contribute to transportation KPI dashboards and cost-saving initiatives
