Description

As VP of Market Management, you will lead market-level strategies to drive sustainable profitable growth, serving as the P&L leader for your assigned markets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize top-line and bottom-line economics, manage key external relationships, and represent Oscar in the community.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience
• 10+ years in healthcare industry with P&L responsibility
• 10+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams
• 10+ years provider-facing experience
• MBA or other professional degree from top-tier program preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account holder for market-level performance metrics (growth, financial, quality)
• Partner with strategy teams to identify unmet consumer needs and rollout new products
• Develop long-term business and expansion strategy for your market(s)
• Work with finance, data, and actuarial teams to monitor utilization and cost dynamics
• Serve as senior ambassador externally with state regulators and internally across Oscar
