You'll provide compassionate bedside care to hospice patients and support their families. As an LPN on our PRN team, you'll work closely with the RN Case Manager to ensure comfort and dignity. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to serve in a mission-focused ministry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide bedside care to hospice patients

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio LPN license
• CPR certification
• 2-4 years direct patient care in hospice or home care
