You'll drive end-to-end M&A integration and strategic programs for Okta's Corporate Development team, leading high-complexity initiatives across the organization. Your work will directly shape Okta's growth through thoughtful strategy execution and cross-functional leadership. This role offers a chance to make an outsized impact in a highly visible position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive development of program and integration strategy with thought leadership.
• Manage end-to-end deal integration, tracking milestones and addressing challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for operational readiness and alignment.
• Monitor program status, identify risks, and communicate succinctly to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional programs.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software / B2B SaaS industry.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels.
