Description

In this role, you will lead the digital evolution of garment development at Alo, bridging traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. You'll create high-fidelity 3D prototypes in CLO, collaborate with fit specialists to perfect silhouettes, and manage digital assets and workflows to reduce physical samples and accelerate speed-to-market.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or related technical field
• Advanced proficiency in CLO 3D and CLO-SET
• Expert-level sewing, patternmaking, and garment assembly knowledge
• Experience with activewear (knit and woven preferred)
• High proficiency in PLM systems and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced 3D prototypes in CLO based on Technical Design Block direction
• Serve as primary administrator for CLO 3D and CLO-SET environment
• Manage and organize global digital libraries (fabrics, trims, blocks, avatars, hardware)
• Support digital workflows to reduce physical sample waste and accelerate speed-to-market
• Monitor CLO fit notes and produce refined 3D assets for review
