💼 About This Role

You'll provide safe, joyful ear-piercing experiences as a licensed nurse at Rowan. You'll combine clinical care with celebration, turning each piercing into a memorable milestone. You'll also educate customers on aftercare and maintain a sterile environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create magical customer experiences with clinical care and celebratory atmosphere.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care.
• Maintain sterile and aseptic environment at the nurse station.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing.
• Experience in retail environment with sales goals.
