💼 About This Role

You'll build integrations and configure AI agents for healthcare workflows, owning implementations end-to-end from scoping to go-live. You'll be the technical face to customers, leading discovery sessions and driving expansion. This role offers direct mentorship from founders at an early-stage company with strong market validation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production code for integrations and AI agent configuration
• Manage technical project plans from scoping through go-live
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
• Monitor and iteratively refine AI agent performance in production
• Drive account growth by deploying new features and identifying upsell opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems with customers
• Track record managing complex, multi-workstream technical projects
• Experience as primary technical POC with customer-facing presence
• Ability to synthesize customer needs into product insights
