💼 About This Role

You'll support development, launch, and maintenance of wire harness production processes. You'll collaborate with engineering to translate designs into robust manufacturing methods. This role offers a hands-on, team-oriented culture in a clean, modern facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review customer drawings and specifications for manufacturability concerns
• Build prototypes and pilot runs to verify manufacturability and process efficiency
• Develop production documentation, fixtures, and operating instructions
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams on process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical or Industrial Manufacturing/Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering procedures, process capability studies (DOEs), and change control
• Ability to analyze drawings and CAD data for design and manufacturing requirements
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (PLEX preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with wire harness industry standards (WHMA/IPC 620)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
