🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily shift activities and assign team members.
• Handcraft each coffee cup with care alongside baristas.
• Develop strong customer and community relationships.
• Assess team performance on service and drink quality.

📋 Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in fast-paced food and beverage environment (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Passion for people and willingness to learn barista skills.
