You'll work directly with Replit customers to solve account, billing, and product issues, serving as the voice of our users to internal teams. You'll be part of a small, global support team united by Replit's mission to make the next billion software creators. This role offers the chance to shape support processes as the product grows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve customer account, billing, and product issues via support tickets
- Collaborate with the Support team to share user feedback with Product and Engineering
- Contribute to and maintain the Support Team's Knowledge Base
- Partner with Engineering to resolve complex billing escalations
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of customer support experience
- Experience with support platforms (Zendesk) and payment systems (Stripe, Orb)
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to resolving ambiguity
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume support environments
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in B2B SaaS customer success or support
- Has used Replit in the last 3 to 6 months
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
