💼 About This Role

You'll join Deputy's Delivery Services team to lead complex payroll implementations for enterprise customers in hospitality, retail, and healthcare. You'll own the delivery lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor, and drive process improvements. This role offers the chance to work with a global SaaS company recently achieving Unicorn status.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex payroll projects for enterprise customers
• Act as trusted advisor providing best practices and identifying opportunities
• Mentor junior team members on payroll implementation best practices
• Validate customer requirements through technical workshops
• Define and communicate project plans with timelines and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management
• 3+ years as a payroll implementation specialist
• Strong understanding of implementation cycles for internal and external initiatives
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
