This role offers flexible scheduling with a rotating 2-3 day workweek and every other weekend off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet visitors and maintain the lobby area
• Answer main-line switchboard and route calls
• Monitor emergency panels and alert staff
• Keep daily record of residents coming and going

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years administrative experience
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Fluency in English
