You'll shape quality strategy for a fintech platform serving small businesses. You'll lead a QA team to embed AI tooling and shift-left practices, ensuring fast, confident releases. This role offers direct impact on engineering culture and AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach team on best practices and domain knowledge
• Partner with Dev and UX to govern feature lifecycle
• Author and maintain mission-level Quality OKRs
• Champion AI tool adoption for test generation and analysis

📋 Requirements

• QA leadership experience in fast-paced tech/fintech
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools (xUnit, RestSharp, Cypress)
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot)
