💼 About This Role

You'll oversee monthly and quarterly accounting and GAAP-compliant financial reporting for complex real estate investments. You'll partner with portfolio management and auditors to ensure data integrity across the investment lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Calculate and review management and incentive fees per governing documents
• Support quarterly close processes and review property accounts
• Review financial statements and prepare schedules for audits and tax
• Account for acquisitions, dispositions, and set up accounting structures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of fund accounting experience
• Yardi Investment Accounting module experience
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures and fee mechanics

• Experience with open and closed-end funds
• CPA certification
