📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Experience owning a book of business and retaining revenue.
  • Track record of showing value via data-driven metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with all audience levels.

  • Experience in fraud/payments ecosystem.
  • Experience running strategic business reviews (QBRs).
