Description

You will ensure every guest steps into a flawless physical environment by obsessing over guest rooms, running daily operations, and proactively resolving issues. You act as the on-site eyes and ears of our tech-enabled hotel model, closely collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and remote teams.

Requirements

• English and German fluency (C1 level required)
• Guest-obsessed mindset with attention to detail
• Extreme ownership and self-starter attitude
• Highly structured approach to juggle inventory, maintenance, and briefings
• Previous experience in hospitality operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous daily room checks and execute improvement projects
• Monitor arrivals, run housekeeping briefings, and inspect public areas
• Proactively spot, report, and fix discrepancies before they impact guests
• Manage back-of-house storage, stock, deliveries, and local compliance
• Over-communicate with teams and update internal databases
