• Ensure swift execution of new camera station installations
• Drive ongoing account management and expansion opportunities
• Partner with Sales to support renewals and expansions
• Present critical findings and strategic planning to clients

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success experience with enterprise clients
• Experience in climate tech, safety, or disaster relief
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
