As the Data Centre Manager, you will lead onsite operations at our facility, guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, repairs, and installations. You'll develop best practices to maximize uptime, respond to technical emergencies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data center operations with 2+ years in leadership
• In-depth knowledge of servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and Linux proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations
• Flexibility for 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations

Responsibilities
