Description

As an intern on the Central Training team, you will onboard and train new restaurant and shop partners for Careem Food, ensuring they go live smoothly. You'll visit partners, set up their dashboard, maintain device trackers, and provide retraining and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

• Passion for interacting with people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Tech/net savvy with interest in E-commerce/Internet
• Own visa required (internship)

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new restaurant and shop partners to Careem Food network
• Visit partners to set up dashboard on provided devices
• Maintain device trackers and log dispatched devices
• Ensure partners go online in a timely manner
• Assist with retraining and device troubleshooting
