This senior role involves integrating BSS, OSS, and ERP systems to drive operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Industries Order Management (OM) flows
• Design and model products within Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
• Support integration flows between Salesforce and BSS/OSS/ERP systems
• Participate in UAT and validation of order flows across complex environments

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) in senior roles
• Strong expertise in Order Management (OM) and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
• Experience in telecom industry projects and complex Order-to-Fulfillment processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and scalable technical solutions
