💼 About This Role

You'll lead incident response at a company building compute infrastructure for frontier AI, coordinating across technical, physical, and executive surfaces. You'll define the IR program from the ground up, set runbook standards, and be the most senior commander when material incidents occur. This role offers the chance to shape agent-first response in an environment with sophisticated adversaries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run material incidents as incident commander across multiple teams.
• Build IR program: runbooks, severity definitions, post-incident reviews.
• Define agent-human contract for response and escalation criteria.
• Design senior-IR on-call rotation and remain active IC.
• Analyze incident trends to surface systemic risks and root causes.

📋 Requirements

• Run material incidents as most senior commander at companies with sophisticated threat models.
• Made disclosure-grade calls under regulatory and customer reporting clocks.
• Written runbooks that other engineers followed under pressure and rewritten them after failures.
• Built operational processes from scratch in unstructured environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience bridging cyber, physical, and OT/ICS surfaces.
• Experience in critical-infrastructure operators or data centers.
• Experience designing agent-augmented incident response or tuning LLM-based IR systems.
