You'll lead requirements, design, and delivery for a marketplace platform focused on talent search and sales enablement. Your work will shape architecture and analytics for a platform leveraging talent intelligence and ATS integration. This role offers the opportunity to build the product foundation from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Capture functional requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map end-to-end user journeys for recruiters, candidates, and clients.
• Manage backlog in Jira and ensure stories are groomed for delivery.
• Coordinate with Legal on terms, opt-in flows, and tracking requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in product or platform projects.
• 3+ years hands-on with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
• 3+ years using SQL for data analysis and requirements definition.
• Proven experience capturing requirements for marketplace or talent platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bullhorn integration.
• Familiarity with TextKernel or similar resume parsing tools.
