You'll identify strategic opportunities to improve seller success and expert workflows at Catawiki. You'll drive cross-functional programs with Sales, Category Management, and Product to deliver scalable commercial solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and operations, offering high impact in a fast-growing marketplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities using data to improve seller success and workflows.
• Lead pilots and scale successful models across teams and categories.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete workflows, playbooks, and training materials.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared objectives and KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience including 2+ years in strategic project/program management.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort navigating large data sets and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to structure ambiguity into clear roadmaps.
