🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and CPT II codes from in-home assessments.
• Manage the provider query process for documentation completeness.
• Handle multiple clients with varying coding requirements.
• Maintain a minimum of 98% coding accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Certified coder (e.g., CPC, CRC) with risk adjustment expertise.
• Strong understanding of CMS risk adjustment and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing the provider query process.
• Ability to handle multiple client guidelines and adapt quickly.
