You'll lead the Renewals team at Zensurance, an InsurTech making commercial insurance simple. You'll drive scalable services and security-first solutions while mentoring engineers. This is a remote-first role in Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable apps using Node, React, and Typescript.
• Break down roadmap items into actionable tickets with Product Management.
• Perform code reviews and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Coach and mentor developers to expand technical knowledge.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building scalable APIs with third-party integrations.
• 5+ years building front-end apps with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• 2+ years designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Full-stack experience with React/Redux/Node/Typescript/PostgreSQL.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS).
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
