Requirements
- Background in training and sales or customer-centric account management
- Experience selling with and through partners
- Experience developing new sales onboarding programs
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and customer success
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a Senior Partner Manager and partnerships program
- Solicit and engage new partners
- Lead onboarding end-to-end including strategy and content
- Conduct enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Success, Presales
