Description

You will lead onboarding for sales teams, manage a Senior Partner Manager, and develop enablement programs to improve ramp times and sales effectiveness, all while collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Background in training and sales or customer-centric account management
  • Experience selling with and through partners
  • Experience developing new sales onboarding programs
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and customer success
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Senior Partner Manager and partnerships program
  • Solicit and engage new partners
  • Lead onboarding end-to-end including strategy and content
  • Conduct enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Success, Presales
  • Develop and mentor team members
