💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a new office kitchen from the ground up, serving 100–300 colleagues daily. You'll oversee menu planning, purchasing, and team leadership to create a culinary experience that brings people together. This role combines operational excellence with true passion for cooking.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and set up the new office kitchen from scratch
  • Lead and develop a team of cooks and kitchen assistants
  • Manage daily kitchen operations including prep, service, and purchasing
  • Develop diverse international menus for a unique dining experience

📋 Requirements

  • Completed chef training or equivalent experience with several years of practice
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Fluent in German or English
