You'll represent IRCA Group as a pastry specialist supporting the Russian distributor network. Your core impact is building chef relationships and showcasing products through hands-on demonstrations and trainings. This field-based role offers high autonomy and international exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct technical demonstrations and trainings for chefs and key customers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts.
• Identify customer needs and pain points during regular visits.
• Support distributor sales teams with technical expertise on joint visits.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Pastry, or Culinary Arts
• Proven experience in pastry or patisserie production (industrial or artisanal)
• Strong technical expertise in pastry, patisserie, and ingredient functionality
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Russia
