As a Maintenance Supervisor at The Melrose Apartments in Nashville, TN, you'll lead the maintenance team to ensure residents are happy and the property is well-maintained. Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC
• Valid Driver's License
