💼 About This Role

You'll play a critical role on the Care team, engaging patients and coordinating care to enable positive outcomes. As part of a rural healthcare mission, you'll deliver high-touch primary care in a team-based environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare patients for provider visits and set expectations
• Obtain vital signs and review medications
• Collect phlebotomy specimens and perform waived lab tests
• Support pharmacy medication dispensing and diagnostic testing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Graduated from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable vocational training
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare industry work experience or documented clinical rotation training
• Certification in BLS (including CPR)

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician
• EMR experience and proficiency
